The Metropolitan of Bancheny felt bad after the conflict in the courtroom.
MP Artem Dmytruk called on his Telegram-channel for prayers for the health of Metropolitan Longin (Zhar) of Bancheny, who was hospitalized in intensive care after deteriorating health during the court hearing.
“Please pray for our dear Vladyka Longin! Now he is in intensive care. At today's court session he became ill. The judge, considering the petition, began to boor the bishop, quarrel with him,” wrote Dmytruk.
As reported by the UOJ, Metropolitan Longin has recently undergone several complex surgeries, and today's aggravation occurred against the background of stress. Dmytruk also accused the authorities of deliberate pressure on the metropolitan.
