The ruling to evict believers from the UOC's cathedral in the Volodymyr-Volynskyi Diocese can still be appealed to the Supreme Court.

On March 31, 2025, representatives of the State Enforcement Service visited the Dormition Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Volodymyr and officially warned the Volodymyr-Volynskyi Eparchy of the need to vacate the premises. This was reported by Bug.

According to the publication, the diocese has already been fined for failing to comply with the order to leave the cathedral.

Journalists note that the next step may be forced eviction.

As previously reported by the UOJ, the Northwestern Appellate Commercial Court in Rivne ruled to evict the UOC religious community from the Dormition Cathedral in Volodymyr. The ruling can still be appealed to the Supreme Court.
