A charity fair in support of Ukrainian defenders was held by the cathedral’s parish for the third time.

On February 23, 2025, the religious community of St. Olga’s Cathedral in Kyiv organized a charity fair, where parishioners raised funds for soldiers wounded in combat. This was reported by the UOC's Information Center.

The parish of St. Olga’s Cathedral shared: "Everyone who attended our fair had the opportunity to enjoy pancakes with various fillings, delicious pastries, treats, and aromatic beverages. The event also featured handmade textile items, crafts, accessories, and clothing created by the Sunday school students and the technical creativity school operating at our cathedral."

It was also noted that during the event, games and creative workshops were organized for children of the parish.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that believers of the UOC had been defending the Chernivtsi Cathedral from seizure for seven days.
