The judge in charge of the case has fallen ill.
The court hearing on the claim of a parishioner of the UOC on the inadmission to prayer in the Lower Lavra, which was to be held on April 8, 2024 in the Pechersk court, was cancelled. This was reported in the Telegram-channel "Save Lavra".
"The judge in charge of the case is sick and is now on sick leave. The date of the next meeting will be announced later," stated in the message.
As the UOJ wrote, on 8 April two court hearings were to be held: on the claim of the UOC believer, which was postponed, and on the appeal against the detention of Archpriest Sergiy Chertylin.
