The petition for the preservation of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra in the UOC received 20,975 signatures. In 25 days, another 4,000 signatures must be collected.
As of July 2, 2020, the petition entitled “Leave the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra in use by the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and reject petition No. 22/092966-ep” received 20,975 signatures. The document is published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
