Metropolitan Neophytos: War in Ukraine is part of World War III

Metropolitan Neophytos of Morphou, in an interview with the Spasi i Sokhrani YouTube channel, said that the war in Ukraine is part of the Third World War.

“Why did the Lord allow the outbreak of World War III? The Ukrainian issue is part of the Third World War. It's not the beginning, but it's not the end either. History is controlled by the Lord. The Metropolitan added that the Lord lets wars happen in order to correct people, and quoted the words of St. John the Russian spoken to Elder Jacob (Tsalikis).
