OCU seeks permission of Phanar and Met Savva to open parishes in Poland
The "synod" of the OCU sent a letter to Patriarch Bartholomew and the head of the Polish Church with a request to open parishes abroad.
Members of the "synod" of the OCU plan to create parishes in Poland – in order to obtain permission for this, they turned to the head of the Phanar and Metropolitan Savva of Warsaw. It is reported by pomisna.info.
The statement of the “synod” notes that parishes abroad of the OCU are necessary “in order to organize worship services for the faithful who were forced to temporarily find themselves outside Ukraine as a result of the war.”
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Dumenko accused the authorities "of discrediting the OCU."
